Flush Doors
Flush Doors with long life enhances the looks of your office or home that distinct it from ordinary flush doors. These are characterized by high quality, durability and dimensional accuracy. These are mostly used for both internal and external purpose.
Details
Cross Bands - Cross bands are made of selected hard wood which is uniformly dried to the required moisture as per IS: 1141:1991 in electronic thermic fluid jet dryers. Cross bands are further tenderized in special machines to make it stress free.
Preservative Treatment - Flush doors undergo permanent type preservative treatment as per IS 401:1982 to make them termite and fungus resistant.
Adhesive - Superior quality liquid phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin is used to give 100% BWR bonding.
Acclimarization - Flush Doors are given a special treatment after the hot press to relieve it form external stresses developed during the process of pressing. Stringent quality control measures not only ensure conformity to IS: 4020 (part 1 to 17) : 1999 specification, but enhance it’s durability and substance.
